This notice explains how AntsEducare, the education arm of ANTS Resources, handles personal information collected through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, and - if you choose to give them - your phone number, country, institution and your message.
- Event sign-ups: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, university, country and any notes you add.
- Student stories: your name, email address, where you study and the story you share.
We also record the date and time you sent the form and which page it was on.
What we do not collect
- This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and sets no cookies of its own.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Messages to Care & Connect are sent through WhatsApp, not this website. What you share there stays between you and the Care Person.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To organise events you have signed up for and contact you about them.
- To ask your permission before publishing a story you have shared - we never publish without it.
Where it is stored
This website runs on Cloudflare, and form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare may process data outside Malaysia. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and event sign-ups for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailingAntsEducare@gmail.com.
